A Second Chance
If you are questioned by the police or charged with a criminal offense, you will need to act quickly. Some people have this idea that the police are always right. However, we both understand that the police are humans too and they make mistakes. Contact us today so we can discuss your case and begin preparing your defense.
Joe was born in Brooklyn and then moved out to Long Island where he graduated from North Babylon High School. Thereafter, he attended Long Island University at the CW Post Campus where he majored in Sports Broadcasting. During his college days he interned at the radio station 660 WFAN, where he worked directly under Mike & the Mad Dog. Though he describes the experience at WFAN as “amazing,” he started to develop a passion for law.
After graduating from LIU, he attended law school at Touro Law Center and subsequently interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office for two years. Upon graduating, he applied for the Suffolk DA’s office and began his career as a prosecutor in December of 2003.
In 2007, he opened his own practice in which he has successfully represented over 2500 clients.
